For various reasons K9999 is a scary character to deal with.

Unlike K' and Krizalid, K9999 was created ground-up as a clone from Kyo's DNA. Although he has great power, he can't actually control it all. An angry and lonely young man, only Angel seems to like him. He gladly stabbed Foxy in the back on orders from Igniz, but had to flee when K' came to save Kula. And he is actually based off of Tetsuo from the anime, Akira. His name is pronounced K-four-9.
Though K9999 loathed his existence and detested social contact, he found a friend in a female named Angel. Angel was an agent of NESTS and was more interested in K9999's emotions than his possible potential. A man not to be tampered with, K9999 has a short temper and is easily driven to violence. K' is his ultimate rival, with a great hate against him. Angel is pronounced Ahn-hehl as per the Spanish pronunciation of the word.
